Feeling Way More Positive!

I am putting good things into my body (thanks to Weight Watchers) and I am motivated to go out and move. This morning while there is a clearing in the weather, I'm taking my awesome, elderly black lab Sadie on a leisurely walk. Then home for some butt-kicking resistance band training.
